  • How are my decals priced?
    You can feel confident knowing you are a getting a great deal on your decals, we offer what we think is the best pricing on the Internet. Pricing is based on the following factors: Material Used, Size of decal, and the Design of the decal. Decals with lots of details and design elements will cost more than a simple design due labor etc...
  • What Quality of materials are used in my decals?
    We take pride in our work. We custom cut every decal order that we receive and don’t maintain stock levels. All of our decals are produced with the industries best equipment using materials ordered weekly so you get full warranty on your decals purchased. You have the comfort of knowing that your decals are custom cut especially for you and are not stock decals pulled off a shelf. We don't use cheap materials on our decals. Your decals will be produced with professional high-tac application mask tapes. We only use the industries best vinyl films, with a Minimum 7 year outdoor durability rating. (specialty films are rated only 2 years outdoor durability) We are USA based, all products are produced and shipped in the USA.
  • What color is the background?
    Tagzs sells high-quality vinyl car decals. There is no background on die-cut decals and the decals look painted on when applied. Only the decal itself will remain on the surface giving a painted on appearance. White or lighter colors show up best on windows. Full color printed and laminated decals will have a background and will be designated as such in the item description.
  • What is a vinyl die-cut out decal?
    Vinyl die-cut out decals are computer cut using a large roll of sign vinyl, the background pieces are removed by hand. Please take a moment to review our Decal Application Instructions for a detailed description of the decals and how they are applied.
  • How do you size the decals?
    The size of each decal is optioned on the product page drop down menu, they are measured at the decals longest or tallest point. Decals with text added are sized with the text included in the design. The overall size will depend on the amount of text that is added.
  • Do you have a catalog?
    We use our on-line website as our visual catalog to showcase our thousands of decals and don’t offer a printed catalog. We add new decals regularly from our image library of over 500,000 images and it would be impossible to keep up in print. Please bookmark our site and visit often to view the latest additions and if you are looking for a custom decal please contact us.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Decal orders are normally shipped within 24 hours and always within 48 hours, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day after. USPS shipping times vary depending on where you live, 3-9 business days is normal.
  • How is my order shipped?
    All orders are shipped United States Postal Service with tracking information and delivered with your regular mail. Please review our Shipping & Returns page for more specific details on the different shipping methods.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping on orders of $19.99 or more is Free with tracking, all others is $3.99 Flat Rate with tracking. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more details on the different shipping methods and associated costs.
  • Can I put my decal on the inside of the window?
    By default, the decals are cut to be applied to the outside. If you want your decals cut for inside application please select the option for mirrored during the order process. The decals will arrive with the adhesive on the face of the decal.
  • Do you offer different sizes than the ones listed?
    If you need a size not listed or if you need the decal to fit within a certain size area please contact us.
  • Do you make custom decals?
    Yes, for custom decals made from your own designs or artwork please contact us for artwork specifications and ordering instructions.
  • Do you have other colors than the ones listed in the catalog?
    We stock over 40 plus colors of vinyl, If you need a color not listed in the catalog please contact us to see if it can be sourced for you. We can order any color vinyl (supplier minimums will apply).
  • Will my rear window defrost or wiper blade hurt the decal?
    The rear window defrost will not harm the decal. The defrost does not get hot enough to cause damage to the vinyl. If you have a rear window windshield wiper you may want to apply the decal in the top center or in a corner out of reach of the wiper blade. With repeated use of the wiper it may cause the decal to start to peel on the outer edges. This will also cause your wiper blade to wear out faster.
  • Do you make multi-color decals?
    The majority of decals that we sell are single color vinyl Die-Cut decals. Multi-color or printed contour cut decals will be designated as such in the product description. When we make multi-color stickers and decals each color is cut individually then the colors are put together by hand. If you need multi-color stickers in large quantity please contact us the information and we will quote you. All decal special orders are quoted on an individual basis.
  • What is an etched glass decal?
    Etched glass decals are cut using a specialty gray frosted translucent type vinyl and when applied to a glass surface gives the illusion of the image being etched into the glass. The etched glass decals look beautiful on tinted windows or any glass surface. Etched glass decals work great for any quick and easy home decor project, just peel and stick.
  • I only need lettering. Can I order a text decal without any artwork?
    Yes you can order Custom Text Decals. These decals are sized by the width of each line and how tall the letters are. These decals are custom and quoted on an individual basis by contacting us. If you have Font, Size or Design preferences please enter those in the comments, we will make the decal to your specifications. There are an estimated 500,000 generated fonts as of this publication, our Font Library is around 75,000. If we don't have the font you want we can normally get it. You may also include notes that you would like to receive a proof, and a proof will be emailed to you before the order is processed. This may delay shipping if we don’t hear back from you because the order will be on hold waiting for your approval.
  • Do you ship C.O.D.?
    Tagzs does not accept C.O.D. orders. Our company accepts most major credit cards and PayPal options through our on-line catalog. We can accept your order on-line only at this time.
  • How will I know when my order has shipped?
    Shipping Confirmations and Tracking Information are sent to your email address when the order ships. The shipping confirmation email contains your tracking number and a link to track delivery when applicable. If you don’t receive the shipping confirmation the email was returned to us as undeliverable. This can happen when there is an error in the email address when it was entered on the order.
  • What if I received a shipping confirmation but never received my order?
    If you received a shipping confirmation email and you haven’t received your order within ten business days of the original shipping date please contact us so we can get a replacement in the mail and make an effort to locate the missing package through the Post Office.
  • How do I cancel an order already placed?
    If you need to cancel an order that has been placed you can contact us anytime before the order has shipped. Please include your order number and the reason for the cancellation. Tagzs is forced to charge a 10% cancellation fee on orders that are canceled after the close of business on the same day. The cancellation fee covers the fees that we are charged to process the order. If you cancel the order before the close of business on the same day there is zero cancellation fee. Custom orders that are in production are non-refundable.
  • What do you do with customer information?
    All of the information that you provide is used for business with Tagzs only and will never be shared with another party. We want you to feel safe and secure when doing business with us, shop with confidence on our secure site. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to be happy with your decal purchase and will work with you any way that we can to make sure you get the decal that you want. If for some reason you decide that the decal that you ordered is not what you want, we offer a refund minus the amount for shipping. Please return the decal to us in original condition and a refund will be issued. Decals should be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. Tagzs does not offer refunds on bulk orders or custom orders. If the decals contain an error on our part they will be replaced at no charge. If the decals that you receive contain an error, please check your order to make sure that the information provided when the order was placed is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly replace the decal at no charge. We ask that a photograph is emailed to us for review and quality control. All items must be returned in original condition to receive exchange or refund. To return the decal please include a copy of the shipping invoice along with a note of why you are returning the decal. Mail the decal to: Tagzs PO Box 292 North Platte, NE 69103 We suggest that you return the decal with the United States Postal Service with shipping confirmation for tracking. We are not responsible for decals being returned to us that are lost in the mail. The labels can be printed at the website.
  • Do you have bulk or wholesale order pricing?
    We offer discounts when you order in large quantities Please contact us for a quote.
  • Do the decals adhere to canvas and fabrics?
    Not very well. We have used them for stencils for painting the image onto the canvas or fabric. If you need a stencil for painting or etching please contact us with the required information and we will be happy to set this up for you. Please Include length, letter style, overall size and design. Simple graphics work best. Small intricate designs do not work well for stencils.
  • What type of surfaces do the decals stick to?
    The decals are cut with the same vinyl material that is used for vehicle graphics and outdoor signage with outdoor durability of 7 years. Vinyl cut out decals can be applied to windows, walls, cars, trucks, walls, boats, motorcycles, metal, most plastics, fiberglass, mailboxes, mirrors, aluminum, skateboards, snowboards etc. Clean the area well to remove any dust and oily residue. The decals will not adhere to a surface that has been waxed. You can wax over the decals after application they just won’t stick to the wax. The decals can also accept a clear coat if needed. By default, the decals are cut to be applied to the outside. We offer the option for Mirrored cut for inside application during the order process. When decals are cut Mirrored the adhesive is on the face of the decal.
  • My car was in an accident and my decal was destroyed.
    Insurance will normally cover the cost of your replacement decal if you provide a receipt with your insurance claim. If you don’t have your receipt you can contact us and we will be glad to provide you a copy.
